This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Canopy QuickBooks Online integration (the "Application"), a proprietary internal software application owned and operated by 0924 Investments LLC ("Company").
The Application is a private integration developed by the Company solely for its own internal business operations and those of its affiliated entities. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or made available to the public or to any third party. The only authorized users of the Application are employees and authorized personnel of the Company and its affiliates.
The Company grants its authorized personnel a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Application in the course of their duties. No other license or right is granted to any person or entity. All right, title, and interest in the Application remain with the Company.
The Application connects to the Company's own QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's authorized API, using OAuth 2.0, to retrieve the Company's own accounting records for internal reporting. The Application does not access, store, or process QuickBooks data belonging to any party other than the Company and its affiliates.
Authorized personnel may not copy, distribute, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Application or to data retrieved through it, except as required in the ordinary course of the Company's business and in accordance with Company policy.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal use. Because the Application is used only by the Company itself, no warranty is extended to, and no liability is accepted with respect to, any third party.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. Authorization to use the Application ends automatically when a user's affiliation with the Company ends.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
